Our Story:

Behind the Scenes Solutions (BTSS) based in Charlotte, North Carolina and was created in 2007 when Jamie Thomas became the proud mother of her little girl but wanted to continue to use her professional experience as a web designer and activities director to bring additional income into her home.  Her motivation in creating Behind the Scenes Solutions was to build a company that would utilize the skills of talented professionals while allowing them the flexibility to be dedicated to their family by creating a virtual workplace from the comfort of their own home. Since the start of BTSS we are now serving clients nationwide and have been recognized for being a client's "secret weapon" to success!  We feel honored to serve each of our clients, building long-term relationships is what we do best!
